mac: Segmentation fault on Xubuntu 17.10 amd64

Hey there, Robert

I've been using you Monkey's Audio decoder for years, first on Debian, then on Ubuntu, on 3 different laptops. Thanks a lot for that ! Today I tried a live image of Xubuntu 17.10 on my laptop, added your repository, installed mac, but it's crashing with Segmentation fault no matter the operation on the ape file. I then downloaded your source, built and installed it, but it still crashes with Segmentation Fault just the same. Right now I have Xubuntu 15.04 installed on this laptop and mac (from your respository) doesn't crash there.

I'm kind of stumped. Should I open a bug report on your Launchpad project page with more details ? Would you have any suggestions on how I could gather more useful information to debug this problem ?

I have updated the source code to 4.11 with a gcc patch - please update your mac package and try it, then report back here and tell me if it works...
