Installation problem

Asked by colinuk

I downloaded Tagaini for Mac and dragged the .app file to the applications forder. However, if I try and open the application it crashes before it can be opened. I have not been able to open the application at all. I tried deleting the applicion and re-dragging the .app file to the apps folder. But I got the same problem again.

I'm using an Macbook pro with OS 10.5.5

Any ideas what the problem could be?

Cheers

Colin

Very weird - could you tell me more about what happens when the application crashes? On my Macbook things seem to work properly (OS 10.4 though).

Also, could you confirm you are using the latest version (0.1.2)? Have you used any previous version before?

Oops. This problem is entirely my fault - actually the OSX packages were broken. I have fixed them, it should now work if you download and try again.

I'm really sorry for the inconvenience - many thanks for reporting this critical problem.
