Examples and audio

Hello.
First of all thanks for the outstanding program.
I use it every day in py study process.

I want to ask a question.
Is it possible to connect examples database (like on http://jisho.org) for kanji and words.
(for example when we make left click, there is additional menu "examples" and then different variants: 1) opening of the new window with examples 2) opening browser window with examples from http://jisho.org)
I think if it would be possible it highly raise the educational level of the program. Cause in Japanese one word can be used in different situation as well as one english word have several analogues in Japanese.

Also if it possible to connect audio database from Jim Breen's WWWJDIC then Tagaini became best of the best.

Mybe its all - only my dreams but.... :-)

Hi,

There are plans since long ago to include the example sentences from the Tatoeba project (which are used in jisho.org) directly inside Tagaini. However this has been postponed and postponed. I agree that it would be easy and convenient to open a browser window to the right search page as a compromise. Let me keep that in mind for the next release.

As for the audio database, wwwjdic uses audio clips from japanesepod101, probably with special permission. Since they do not seem to be free (as in "libre"), I do not think we can (and want) to use them directly in Tagaini. However, it should also be possible to add an option to open a browser window to the wwwjdic. Would that be acceptable to you?
