Competition time not advancing?

I did everything as usual:
- started server
- started clients
- created competition
- enabled/readied clients
- started competition

But the current competition time always stays the same. It's always the same time and thus the same slots which are open for trading. I also get new forecasts when a timeslot change should occur, but those are all the same except for the first forecast for each product.

When creating a competition I leave everything default except setting the client number to 1 or 2. It cannot be my clients who do anything wrong?!

uhm, are you using the latest (v0.6) server version? can you please post the console output from the server?

Hey!

Please check if the competition advances in an ordinary way if you do not submit a shout?
Does the problem occur only at the closing time of a product which you traded before?
(To check this, submit an order to a later product. Does the time advance until this product or does the error occur earlier?)

There seems to be a bug in the BalanceService which is responsible for aplying punishment costs to unachieved capacity goals.
Because the CompetitionService is transactional this could lead to the described problem.

Bug report will be filed and we are working on this critical issue. Please answer the questions above to make sure that we have identified the underlying problem.
