Guided upgrade for version 19.04

Good morning. Support for the 16.04 version of mate has now come to an end and the latest version of SystemBack does not support later versions of Ubuntu. I wanted to know if you could give me a hand to recompile your project for the current version of Ubuntu Mate 19.04 LTS so you can continue using it. Can you help me with a step by step guide, from compiler installation, to its elaboration?
