How to Include Desktop folder in Systemback created Iso

Asked by Eric

Ubuntu 16.04 I am trying to create an ISO file of my custom system install that includes two desktop icons. I have tried with Systemback with include data files checked. When I try to install the system from the iso everything is there except for the two icons. Am I doing something wrong or are these files not regarded as data files. Any help will be appreciated.

Just copy the system with "Copy user data files" option, instead of installing. But if want to install the system, put the files in the /etc/skel directory.

Hello Kendek,
Seems as if two questions have got mixed up here!! . I solved my problem by moving the two icons to the dash and they are now included in my created ISO. I will keep the above suggested method in mind for future use. Thanks Eric
