LVM LUKS restore on diferent disk

My disk has die and I only have restore points on external hdd. I tried to reinstall and change the new uuids for the old ones, tried without restore fstab and booting on text mode doesn't find the disk. Which files I don't have to restore?

/boot/grub/menu.lst
/etc/fstab
/etc/initramfs-tools/conf.d/resume

Something else? I have lvm luks crypted system, can someone help me? thanks a lot.
