problem make live system ' recently-used.xbel'

 An error occurred while creating the following hard link:

  /home/.sbuserdata/home/riprivate/.local/share/recently-used.xbel

 Reference file:

  /home/riprivate/.local/share/recently-used.xbel

how i can fix this problem?, (/>,<)/

the file recently-used.xbel can't delete even by root user. im using ubuntu 16.04 gnome.
