How to Backup System with Systemback of Persistent Live Ubuntu?

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am active on Persistent Live Ubuntu. SATA to HD-500GB which I want to copy/backup. USB-3 connection to my backup-disk of 2TB. In System copy, I cannot find a way to proceed. I opened also a thread about the challenge here http://askubuntu.com/q/774138/25388
