Auto partition while install from ISO

Asked by Vimal

I am a librarian and successfully created an ISO file of Ubuntu 14.04.
Ubuntu contains Koha open source library management system.

We burned a ISO file to DVD and boot into PC for installation.
While partition stage of installation, only manual partition option is available.
Manual partition of hard disk is difficult for Linux newbies.
Any provision for auto partition?

The auto partitioning is currently not possible. It would be very risky if the disk is not empty (possible data loss).
If you are unsure, just select a partition (with 10GB+ size), set the '/' mount point with ext4 filesystem and click on the Next button. This is the minimum setting.
