Schedule personal data backup?s

I'm delighted to find a program of Systemback's power. I'm unclear, though, on whether a personal data backup can be made without the system files, and whether such a backup can be scheduled.

Terrific program. I think a bit more on-screen prompts would be helpful to the new user, especially the new convert from Windows.

Systemback is a SYSTEM backup and restore application (this is why the 'Systemback' is the name) and does not saves the users personal datas, only the programs configuration files.
If you want to backup your personal datas, please use the Déjà Dup (this is the default backup tool in Ubuntu).
