I want to create a full backup but how?

I installed Systemback and it's look great but what i want is to create full backup for all my files configurations in case when i format my pc I wanna my files and applications will be inside can we do that using this systemback?

Im running Ubuntu 14.04.1

Yes, but this is not possible with normal restore points. Just use system copy function with "Copy user data files" option, or create Live image with "Include user data files" option. And if you copy the system back, just use the "Copy user data files" option again.
But otherwise, Systemback is not a backup application, normally only saves the system and the user settings files for system (and not user datas) restoration.
