Need to change Server ID for Evolution Mail

Hi, I hope this will be my last really stupid question. I set up Evolution Email but made a typo with a server name. It took it but of course won't work. How can I get back in to fix my mistake. I have searched and cannot find a way to do it. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!
