Want to replace noisy fan in Meerkat Ion

The fan in my Meerkat is much too loud when starting up. I looked online and I want to purchase a double bearing fan. I need to know its dimensions in mm and volts. I'd guess 5 volts but want to make sure.

I pulled the fan out, 60x60x25 12volt. I tweaked on the fan a couple of times. Put it back together and it is now silent.

Started making noise again. Bought a new fan with liquid bearings. Super quiet.
