Computer not booting; LED on, but no fans

I purchased a Meerkat NetTop (not Ion) about five months ago, and have had no problems prior to this. Yesterday, when I pressed the power button, the blue 'power' LED came on, but nothing else happened - nothing on the monitor, the orange 'working' LED never came on, and the fans didn't start. I moved (with the nettop) right before this happened, so it hmay have been jostled a bit, but this computer has taken that trip a couple times before with no problems, and it wasn't a particularly turbulent journey.

Repeated attempts yield the same results - nothing but the blue LED. I can see through the top grate that there is a green LED on whenever the computer is plugged in, which was also the case before there were any problems, which I'd imagine is a promising sign. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
