ERROR: Python module appindicator not found

Hi man,

First of all: GREAT APP!!!.

I can't install syspeek on LMDE.. I get the error "ERROR: Python module appindicator not found" right after the setup.py install command.
I never had problems installing it in Mint Ubuntu-based. But LMDE seems to be missing something. I made sure to clear install python-distutils-extra

Do you know what could be missing?
