Is the SSH Plugin available?

I see that a ssh plugin has been merged. I have the synapse-core ppa added, and have the current version of synapse: 0.2.4.2, but I don't see the plugin. How can I enable it, as I would like to use synapse to expedite connecting to servers.

0.2.4.2 was just a bugfix release, new features and plugins will be available in 0.2.6.
