Is there a way to launch a new url in a browser tab?

Asked by rmac

One of the best features in quick silver and gnome-do (imo) is the ability to open new urls in additional browser tabs.

IE.
Synapse -> "chrome" -> launch browser.
Synapse -> "gmail.com" -> open new tab with gmail.com

I know that you can google search, but I miss the ability to launch 4-5 tabs quickly via the keyboard.

Thanks!

If you're using the Zeitgeist extensions for your browser, you should be able to find any sites you already visited. If not, you can still use the command plugin ie "firefox gmail.com".

Can you help with this problem?
