Synapse launcher on debian linux?

How can I install Synapse on debian linux? Compiling it is very hard..will be ported on some debian repository? or someone can tell me how to compile it?

I use the regular PPA with Debian Squeeze, using distro "lucid". Not the most elegant solution... but I didn't find any issue so far.

Really interested in moving to Debian and loving Synapse. I am hoping for easy install too.

Dear Synapse Core Team!
Is it possible to install indicator-synapse on Debian Wheezy?
I've sucessfully installed Synapse 0.2.10 on Debian Wheezy from oficcial repository.
