Missing Wacom settings

Currently using Elementary OS 0.3 Freya 64-bit with an Intuos Pro Small

When using kernel 3.18, the Wacom Tablet in System Settings states 'No tablet detected'. Also tried kernel 4.0.4 with the same results.

In both cases the tablet itself is functioning perfectly. However, settings are not available.

I have to revert to kernel 3.16 in able to see my settings in switchboard. Can this be fixed for newer kernels?
