Where can I translate Universal Access and User Accounts for Switchboard?

I was looking through Switchboard what is left for translation there and I found that Universal Access and User Accounts need translation too but I can't find them in elementary OS projects.

Had a similiar issue with some switchboard plugs being in English and not my language. As it happens, this is caused by the plugs being from the GNOME control center - Therefore, they seem to need the language-pack-gnome-xx package and dependencies installed as well. At this moment, the locale plug does not install these packages. The plugs are not translateable because they aren't realy part of the elementary project but mere placeholders (as far as I can tell).

I have installed language-pack-gnome-xx package. Why i still have my language and english mixed ?
