OpenStack Object Storage (swift)

Could someone point out to me the process of getting involved or contributing to the development of Swift?

We're a start-up company in Milpitas, CA, and we'd like to participate & contribute to the development of SWIFT. Could someone point out a doc that would summarize that process?
