ring builder web service

For the "Swift ring builder web service" blueprint, does web UI (standalone or integrated with dashboard) use new Swift's RESTful API to perform listing, addition, deletion, modification, and rebalancing of the devices in the ring? If so, can you share these new Swift RESTful API? If not, what is the mechanism web UI uses to communicate with Swift to perform such operations.

The ring builder web service doesn't actually exist yet (its a badly worded blueprint I guess). The blueprint is for the creation of the webservice/rest interface for the ring builder.

Can you help with this problem?
