Problem with the Setup of the Lib's

I have the Problem, to Run Swatch Booker

my System:
Win64 - 64 bit (german) RAM 12GB AMD Phenom II X6 1100T 3,3 GHz

I have installed
1. Python 2.5 (http://www.python.org/ftp/python/2.5.4/python-2.5.4.msi)
2 PIL (with Admin right (http://effbot.org/downloads/PIL-1.1.7.win32-py2.5.exe)
3 LittleCMS (http://www.littlecms.com/1/win/lcms-1.18a.win.bin.zip; from bin ==> copy lcms.dll into C:\Windows\System32 and from python copy lcms.py and _lcms.pyd to C:\Python25\Lib\site-packages.

4. The PyOt4 (http://www.riverbankcomputing.co.uk/static/Downloads/PyQt4/PyQt-Py2.5-gpl-4.7.7-1.exe) was not found on the Server => a google search for the file => no change - not found => I had choose the olders I found: PyQt-Py2.5-x86-gpl-4.9.4-1.exe

I hope this was korrect.

and then SwatchBooker-0.7.3.setup.exe

If I want to start SwatchBooker from the menu ==> Nothing
