Login to server

Hi I have can't fine on the website www.opensubtitle.org that was suggested, there was nothing on this site for contacting them, is there any email address that you can give me that I can use to contact them so I can ask for my user name and password.... Why couldn’t this information be sent at the same time as the product license key confuses me, does this not do the same for you? I would like contact details for some one so I can get the user name and password for the server.... P.S. The blank login does not work either, and my email address and password for Subdownloader website does not work either.
