How upload subtitles for two cd videos

What is the best way to upload subtitles for two cd videos. they are named xyz.cd1.avi and xyz.cd2.avi and the corresponding subtitles are named the same with srt extensions. should i upload separately or create a zip folder. if i upload a zip folder the next time it does not recognise for download.

Please download the latest subdownloader version and use the normal UPLOAD tab, you don't need to zip them , just select both AVI files and both SRT file .
