every titl downloaded from internet i must open in Notepad (windows),
and than save it in new .srt or .sub file but choseing UTF encoding, not
ANSI or any other than UTF.

after saving in that encoding, i get croatian diacritic in bs player and
other player...and olso on my SmartTV (LG)

Could you right click the subtitle item found (that is giving you UTF problems) and put here what is the opensubtitle link for it?

I attached, 2 versions of titl files, ANSI is not good, and UTF8 is
excelent.

It is the same file, but in diferent encoding.

Also i attached print screen with selected text in both opened files, so
You can se how it should look on monitor and TV.

because probably you dont have installed encoding on your machine, so I
am sending you print screen.

It would be great feature of SubDownloader posiblitiy to chose when
files are downloaded to save it in UTF8 encoding. :)
