Is the project still running?

Asked by Sciamano

I'm wondering whether any developers are really following the bugs and the questions section, as it seems that neither reactions nor answers are coming from them lately.
v2.0.1.0 seems to have lots of problems, especially under Windows. Considering the Windows version has to be paid for, I think this could affect the project's income. ;-)

Hi, the version 2.0.10 is still usable, no more development is being done cause no more volunteers are joining the project in the opensource branch.

Until the server www.opensubtitles.org still works (not our server), the program should still be usable.

Binary versions for Linux,MacOs and the opensource version are always free of charge.
Best Regards.

I see.
That's unfortunate, because I loved this program and since I was forced to go back to Windows I can't use it anymore.
Under Windows, the shareware version does not allow to edit settings, and the "source" version does not scan files (the "scanning files" popup goes on forever), so SubDownloader is not really usable by me, anymore. :-(

Ivan, regarding the linked bugs, I've just posted the exceptions generated when running on Windows and what to do to get them fixed. Can we get a 2.0.11 version released?

Thanks!

Can you help with this problem?
