Is there a compiled version of png2stratagus available?

I would like to use png2stratagus, but there doesn't seem to be a compiled version of it already available here. Is there anywhere where I can find it?

I use Windows and not Ubuntu, can I still get png2stratagus from there? If so, how?

Ah, you mean windows version (you did not specified this in question and I thought about ubuntu).
I think there is no prebuilded binary for windows, but when stratagus tree is compiling, it compile also png2stratagus.
