How to connect to Wargus by Java?

Could anybody help me please?
I would like to connect to Wargus by using Java?
What is the protocol: TCP or UDP?
Where is the document explain about how to connect to Wargus using socket (network address and port)?

Dou you mean "connect to Wargus" is connect to multiplayer network Wargus game?

If yes, network part of Wargus is done in Stratagus. All info how it work you can see in source files of network submodule in Stratagus.
