source code or project on windows version

Hello,
I download the source code on linux, but I am not familiar with the linux developing enviroment,like QT,
so,I want to know if there is some version on windows ,like a project on VS 2005 or VC 6.0,

There is a WIKI page that describes each of the major OS's development setups. For Windows, a more current one was posted to the mailing list. Please look and search the archives before posting such a basic question.
