I downloaded the software and our antivirus software picked up the above? I downloaded from http://portableapps.com/apps/education/stellarium_portable
What do I do now?

Try asking on the Portable Apps support page:
http://portableapps.com/support

The Portable Apps version is not created and not supported by the Stellarium team. The only official Windows version is available through SourceForge:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/stellarium/

You can try downloading the Windows version from SourceForge. If the same warning appears, it probably is a false alarm. If the regular version triggers no warning, then you should really contact the Portable Apps team. :)
