Constellation individual selections

I remember that you used to be able to select one constellation at a time. Or select a single constellation. You also used to be able to darken or brighten the consolation lines. Is that still possible in the current version of 21.1? if so how do I do it?

Same way as in version 0.19 or 0.16 (F2/Tools)
