How to easily find out the time when a planet gets into retrograde?

How to easily find out the time when a planet gets into retrograde, for eg I want to find out all the periods, in last 10 thousand years when mars goes into retrograde in Sidereal Scorpion. How can I find it using Stellarium?

By hands or through scripting... but better way for it just calculated phenomena.
