My question applies to:

trail Lines:
SolarSystem.setFlagTrails(true);

I would like to:

Set Trail colors independently for sun and moon

Set Trail linewidth independently for sun and moon or trail line width at all

Programmatically……

Can’t seem to do that as far as I can see…

Can you list the lines of code to do jus that.

It's not possible at the moment. In any way why you want to see adjustable color and thickness properties for lines?

i want to draw interaction of the sun and moon for ancient calendar purposes, seeing which one is which easily.

I also forgot to ask how to stop the fading of the older lines as new ones are printing. That would be a big help... to stop or change the degree of fading...

dont know how to do that either...

setNumberIsolatedTrails() and setFlagIsolatedTrails() maybe helpful for your task.

Fading is hard coded (value is 365 days) and can not be changed through scripts.

that would be awesome if the hard codes for these or capabilities for these

trail attributes and behavior could be set by variables
