Stellarium Horizon Upside Down

I'm using Stellarium 0.16.1 on a Windows 10 64-bit system. Occasionally after starting the program the sky will show at the bottom of the screen and the ground at the top. I try to rotate the view so the ground is at the bottom but can't. I've reviewed all the settings but can't find any that will affect this issue. To correct this I have to re-install the program, which after several times becomes frustrating as I have to redo all my settings. Can you tell me why this is happening?

In case this happens again, please post your config.ini. You likely won't have to reinstall. I have seen it once during development many months ago, but cannot reproduce it. Also if you know a way to trigger this, reporting it would be helpful.
