Stellarium 0.16.1 Time does not set the time correctly with daylight savings set.

Just updated my Stellarium from 0.15.0 to 0.16.1 and noticed that the new version 0.16.1 does not display the time correctly according to DST, when I have set it to use DST. I'm on UTC+01 and when my DST is 23:05 Stellarium shows 22:05. I'm on Windows 10 Pro, OS Version 15063.608, 64Bit.

Your time zone has a name, might be Europe/Helsinki. UT based time zones don't have DST rules defined, only the named ones.
