Destination of "Located" reference

Please, where do we find the references posted in translations?
I'm assuming that the "Located in xxx" in translations, is the location of the original text that needs to be translated.Is it?
I'm asking because for some translations it would help if we can read the full original english version of the text. That would help tune the translation.
Example where do we find the "Located in src/core/
