stellarium goto

Asked by ronyto

Dear:
I have a problem with Stellarium, which did not happen when I set-up for the Northern Hemisphere.
Now, making the start for the southern hemisphere, the Stellarium starts correctly on the CRUX, but does not flip on the screen.
The interesting thing is that in the simulation mode that displacement is performed.
When I connect the Arduino, the telescope makes the shifts to find the planet or the star, but does not indicate this on the screen.
I'm working under Windows 7.
Thank you very much

Please keep one thread and don't open duplicates.

Stellarium sends GOTO commands and retrieves position data from compatible devices. "Arduino" is not listed as compatible device.

We can guess that you use something Arduino based which speaks one of the available protocols, developed by somebody unrelated to Stellarium. We welcome such DIY projects, but they are not in our know. This unnamed somebody hopefully has a website or email address on his or her own to assist you.

Dear, thank you very much for your answer, I will try to find another solution, since it is impossible to find the author of this GOTO on the web.
Thank you sincerely
