Adding Telcom3 to Satellite Database

Hello How do I add the Satellite Telcom 3 To the Satellite Data Base.It never reached it failed to reach its proper orbit - But Tumbles and Flashes when it passes over . have imaged it earlier this year Rob Mcnaught worked out that it was the object we were observing.

Open the satellite plugin configuration dialog. Tab "Sources" shows a list of TLE URLs. If you know in which file from NORAD the elements are, just activate that URL.

Please find and open file "satellites.json" in notepad or notepad++ and add new satellite by template...
