P.C. Fails to operate scope

I have a Sky-Watcher Star Discovery Telescop 150P, with a AZ GOTO Mount, and a SynScan Ver.4 H.C. I have just downloaded Stellarium Software, but my P.C does not control the Telescope, even though the Stellarium Software says it is connected. Can anyone help me please, as I'm new to Astronomy.
