I think it's not possible, because Stellarium Mobile has no implementation of Telescope Control plugin.

Thank you for your answer to question a

question b

Can my iPad Mobile Stellarium becomes an external application to one of the Windows, Mac, Linux Stellarium (with the telescope
External software , or remote computer, as an indirect application connection) ?

On mobile versions see https://sourceforge.net/p/stellarium/discussion/278769/thread/a7c0822d/

You may be able to use some remote desktop app.

The RemoteControl plugin does currently not support the Telescope or Oculars plugins. (Very different usage environments, so we saw absolutely no need. Volunteers go ahead...)

Can you help with this problem?
