String Clarification: Constellation selection isolated

What does "Constellation selection isolated" do? I need a bit more info so that I can translate this properly.

I created a build of 0.15, but I can't find it in the UI.

It's same point as a GUI option "Select single constellation". I've updated it to make a constistence and synced with GUI through StelPropery system.
