Compass Marks command Ctrl-C not working

Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
After installing Stellarium 0.14.3, the keyboard command to turn on the Compass Marks, CTRL-C does not work.
The Cardinal Points keyboard command "Q" works, but the "Ctrl-C" command does not.

Ctrl+C is standard shortcut for copy and Compass plugin doesn't have any shortcuts. You can assign shortcult on Compass plugin through shortcut editor (F7).
