Incorrect Time on Startup/ Incorrect positions of celestial bodies

Asked by My Moniker is Sheep

Hello!
I seem to be the only one with this issue.
Whenever I start up this program, it defaults to 10 hours behind what it should be. I've checked my system's date and time, and they are fine, but the do not coincide with the program.
And on top of that, when I set the time, everything is in the wrong position. I need to set it about 3-4 hours back from what it truthfully is to get the correct view. I have checked my location, and it is fine. What in the world is happening?
Or what in the space is happening...
^ This is what happens when I try to make a joke.

Seems like you have wrong time zone on your computer. Please check it.

The time zone on my computer was correct, so I tried switching it around anyway, it didn't do much besides change the startup time.
