really bad service

You make it damn hard to just send a simple feedback !!

Following issue:

You constantly update the way of displaying different objects in this software. However, it is useless if you don't give out any descripütiopn of color code or similar.
Now, with the latest update, you have made a difference between galaxies being shown in red and galaxies being shown in orange, so, what 's the difference?
Why isn't it possible to find that information anywhere?
Your service in that case is truly bad.
If you come up up with new features, you should at least have either a complete description of all features or at least one of the new points.
