How to install MESA or ANGLE on WIN 10 x64

Asked by Hoss

Hello,
I've been a long time user of Stellarium, and am so appreciative of all your work. I'm hoping you can direct me to where I might get instructions to make the current version of Stellarium work on my PC, with the new Windows 10, x64. I've been looking through the faqs and the support forum and can only find information that states I need to install ANGLE or MESA to make the opengl work on my computer. I have no idea how to go about doing this, and really want to get Stellarium up and running on my computer. I'm using a 0.13.0 version with mesa included that I downloaded from sourceforge, but was hoping I could get the current version running. Is there somewhere online that has instructions on how to get angle, or mesa and make it work with Stellarium. I really appreciate your time and any advice you can give me.

Thanks,
Hoss
