In the latest version when I click Antares appears a nebula?? There are stars in the Scorpion that the click give nebulas???

The region near Antares is very rich for the nebulae (Hint: http://christensenastroimages.com/nebula/antares-m4-2006_large.jpg) and nebula has priority for selection. On next version we will rework handling DSO. You can disable VdB catalog now (section 3 in this article as an answer to your question):
