will not open, appcrash. downloaded 3 times. fault module name ig4icd64.dll

I have windows 7 service pack 1 x64. intell i3, 4gig ram. it loaded but when I click shortcut to start, get stellarium.exe has stopped working-appcrash. fault moduel name ig4icd64.dll. thanks
