I have my laptop set to UK summer time (currently) and the correct settings in Stellarium (use system time). The display is permanently 1 hour out, regardless of settings. My other planetarium programs show the correct sky.

You did not give the basic information: Version, OS, and where your observing location is (Set to default: Paris, France?).

Anyway, use the time zone plugin if things do not work as you expect.

OK. I looked at the Time Zone plugin and changed one parameter. All is now well! Thanks you.
